My General Interview Questions

1) When you are stressed, what have you found helps you in a stressful situation? How do people know that you are stressed?Has the way you have handled it this year been productive?
When I'm stressed I really like to listen to music, sing, dance randomly, laugh, and talk about what I'm stressed about. People will noticed when I'm stressed when I stop talking with people and I get really focused on what I have to do. I also have a really short temper when I'm stressed. I think I have handled the stress well because I don't dwell on it as much as I would before. I just get done what I need to get done.

2) How do you keep your binder organized? Does it help to keep it organized?
I keep it organized by keeping materials of the same subject in one spot and having it organized by date/importance (ex. in the front if it is due that day). It does help to keep it organized because then I waste time trying to find papers and I might have lost them and not have known if I couldn't tell what was missing.

3)If you are not sure what you are to be doing during a project, what do you think you can do? Did you do this?
What I can do is ask about what I should be doing, ask others if they need help, or work on something else because there is always something to be doing at HTHCV. Yes, I would ask about what I should be doing but I have to work on staying focused and working on other things.

4)Have you used your time wisely on projects or class work throughout the year?
Yes I've used my time wisely by working on whatever I can do that day and preparing for the next day as well.

5)What are your academic strengths?
My academic strengths are math and writing. I don't particularly like to write but I have very good grammar and spelling when writing essays. :)

4.Brief Description of the Plot:There are robots with a four year lifespan and they are coming back to get a lonnger life. the police are trying to kill these robots called Replicants.
5.How is the world in the movie different from real life?
Everything is lit up and they have flying cars. The city looks very cramped and they have machines that are voice activated.
6.Why do you think this world was created (in the perspective of the people in the movie)?
It was created due to the advances in technology.
7. How does this movie question of challenge our ideas about what is ideal?
It challenges our ideas of what is perfect.. They supposably made perfect robots but they rebeled.
8. What ideas do you get from this film for your own ideal world movie?
The perfect robots..

Character: Ashleey

Age: 15 almost 16, she is still developing and looking for a job

Main Trait: She's sarcastic and doesn't car what people think about her

Humanizing Trait: Eventhough she is sarcastic she had her nice moments. She also is a straight A student but wants to keep that secret. As well as having a broken family.

Profession: She is still a student in highschool but is looking for a job she'll be happy doing.

Address: She lives in a good neighborhood . There's a lot of other kids who are all older than her and mostly hang out with her two brothers. Her ouse is two stories talll and is used as a hang out for all the kids in the neighborhood.

Values: Friends, family, helping other people.

Foil: Her brother doesn't like her hanging out with his friends.

Obsession: She's almost always eating Starbursts or chewing gum and really enjoys music.

Idol: She doesn't idolize others.

3. Setting(s) of the Film: The setting changes from a computer generated world (The Matrix) to the "real world"--- which has been demolished and controlled by artificially intelligent machines.
4. Brief Description of the Plot(in your own perspective):
   The matrix is a computer generated dream world built to keep humans under control in order to change human being into batteries. Some people were woken up from this dream world and told the truth by a man who could change the Matrix. When the man died, an oracle said another would take his place; people searched for a long time and Morpheus thinks it’s Neo. The people who were woken up are tying to stop the Matrix.
5. How is the world in the movie different from the world in real life?
   For one, we don't live in a computer generated world ruled by machines. People also aren't grown and used as batteries for the machines.
6. Why do you think this world was created(in the perspective of the people in the film)?
   The world in the movie was created so people could have a perfect life.
7. How does this movie question or challenge our ides about what is ideal?
   It makes me think if a perfect life would be really that great. In the movie it shows people living perfectly but then it's all fake.
8. What ideas do you get from this film for your own ideal world movie?
   An idea would be people just being able to download things into their minds and then be able to do it without taking time to practive or train.
