The person I chose to describe is an African- American woman. She is wearing a light blue sleeveless blouse and pants with a blue and orange flower pattern. She also has a black purse and a headband with light blue and orange spots( I think it's the same pattern as the pants). She has a card in her right hand, very long nails, small hoop earrings, she has a ring on her left ring finger, a watch and a bracelet on her left arm, a bracelet on her right arm, and a ring on her right hand. She has a frown on her face and her arm is infront of her lifting the bag so she can put the card in.

What did you see?
The values I saw in the movie were honor, family, loyalty, their country and many others. I also saw discrimination against women(sexism). Just because someone is a girl doesn't mean they can't do the same stuff guys do.

Is the movie true or false?
I think some parts are true (ex. it shows that girls can be strong), but some parts are false because it's a Disney movie so they are made up.

How will 2008 be different???

I think 2008 will be different because it's my first year in high school and I am finally out of my old school. I didn't really like it, so I really wanted to get out. I also think this year will be less stressfull because last year it was a lot of work getting ready to graduate since teachers were really picky with what they wanted, but now I don't have to worry about that.(yay!)
I don't know how else this new year will be different...I just really hope this will be a better year.
